Hi! My name is Raven, founder of Research With Moms and a lecturer at UT’s School of Design.
With experience at IBM and BCG, my work has centered on health equity and innovation through behavioral science and design strategy. Motherhood sparked a new focus: creating Research With Moms, a design studio where mothers drive innovation in maternal health. Beyond design, I explore future possibilities through art and research, challenging current realities to create more equitable health solutions.
Work Highlights
Over the past six years, I’ve provided design strategy for BCG X, Citi Ventures, and IBM Clinical Development; led the research and publication of a field guide for design managers (showcased on America by Design); and wrote and produced ELI—a short film screened at the Austin School of Film showcase during SXSW.
